One of the bigger frustrations users have with the OS is its many pre-installed bloatware apps that few use, such as Paint 3D. Thankfully, you can uninstall most of these unnecessary programs without much hassle. Even with the HP bloatware, it fires up quick and operates fast. The company no longer offers it for download, and you're extremely unlikely to find a website that needs it.
Better be safe than sorry and simply keep the program. As I have been doing for past 15 years, immediately got rid the Dell bloatware, but I am stuck on what to kill off regarding Microsoft's bloatware.
